  1. What is a well casing extension and do you offer this service?

Yes we provide water well casing extensions and the Ministry of the Environment requires all wells to be brought above final grade at 16" with the installation of a varmint proof well cap.

  2. What is a water well pump test and do you perform them?

Yes, we perform water well pump tests and from doing so we can tell you how many gallons per minute your well is capable of producing and where the water levels are in the well.

  3. Do you offer a water well drilling service?

No, we do not, however we highly recommend Wilf Hall & Sons. You can find their information on our links page.

  4. Can a well go dry? How would you know if it did?

Yes a well can go dry. One symptom would be no water.

  5. Can a well get contaminated if toxic substances were accidentally dumped on your property? What can be done? Would we need a new well drilled?

Yes your well has high chances of being contaminated; you should have your water checked ASAP for any potential contamination. If your well is contaminated with toxic substance you would need to drill a new well and also abandon your old well to prevent any further contamination.
